Return & Exchange Policy

At PlayinOrbit, we want the process to be simple and fair for everyone.

Subscription Exchanges

  • Members can exchange their toy basket every 3 months.
  • Each time, the old basket must be returned before a new one is sent.
  • Every basket contains around 20 toys.

Condition of Toys

  • Toys should be returned in good and usable condition.
  • Small scratches or normal use is okay.
  • If toys are broken, heavily damaged, or missing, extra charges may apply.

How the Exchange Works

  1. Customer requests an exchange
  2. Packs the toys properly
  3. Ships them back to us
  4. After checking, we send a new basket

Important Notes

  • If toys are not returned, the membership may be paused or canceled
  • Repeated damage may lead to additional penalties
